my doctor refered me to plan a breast redution as im in pain with back and breasts being so heavy and when i had my appointment i was told to lose 2 1/2 stone due to being overweight, then they would do it. but since then i dont seem to be able to loose the weight i think it because i know im under pressure. Anyone been here or done it
please help
