Sorry if you think I'm being dramatic but I've a migraine coming on and I know it's going to be one of the worse ones.
Just woke up and I can feel it creeping up on me. Head is banging, and I feel physically sick. They render me useless and I am panicking as I know I can't go to work in the morning and will struggle to get my wee boy to nursery. They make me so anxious as well, i only get them on occasion but they really cause me to
Panic as I know how debilitating they are. I've taken what I can to ease the symptoms and are hoping to
Sleep it off but doubt I will be able to. Does anyone else feel as bad as this when they get them?

Get the meds in quick.
Stop looking at screens - it’ll make it worse.
Do nursery run then back to bed pronto.
Good luck.
Just getting over migraine- they suck :(

You are not alone.

I have frequent terrible migraines going on for 2-3 days. I feel sick and asphyxiated, as if there is a sac on my head that prevents me from getting oxygen, I can't think and focus, as if I have a iron circle around my head that is getting tighter and tighter, or as if a huge crab is clinching a part of my brain, very painfully. And a pulsating pain that makes me sick. Generally, when I have a migraine I am over sensitive to cold and heat, I can't stand smells, light, can't sleep properly, have snow flakes in my eyes. MISERY. MISERY. MISERY.

I deal with anxiety via an emergency stash of Sumatriptan and Ibuprofen plus Paracetamol. At a hint of upcoming head sensations I take Ibuprofen plus paracetamol. If I already feel it is a pain or mild migraine, I take Sumatriptan. If it is a strong migraine I take Sumatriptan x 2.

Yes,
Do nursery run then back to bed pronto.

Thank you for all your support. I know I shouldn't be using a screen but I just need some reassurance. I've just been sick and had diarrhoea as well. Now in bed shaking with being cold. Think I'm going to run a bath
