Hello All,
For the past few weeks now, my 7 years old wake up around 3am and doesn't go back to sleep. Its tired me down. He keep coming back and forth in my bedroom, I have to go to work during the day.
For a 7 yrs i know this is not normal. I feel so tired at work , but when i ask him at the end of the school day was he tired he say NO!. But i'm . So since last week i told him to put his TV on when he wake up don't come and wake me up as I'm tired during the day. There's nothing wrong with him when he does wake up at 3am . If he comes and sleep next to me he will fall asleep straight away but if i ask him to go back into his bed he wont fall back to sleep. As , i don't want him to get a habit of sleeping with me. Any advise please! (sad)
