Body vibrating/ fluttering

For the last couple of weeks when I go to bed I lie there and for around two minutes each time my body feels like it is vibrating/ fluttering. I get palpitations at night but I have been checked and my heart is ok. Through these episodes my heart is beating normally. I just don't have a clue and don't want to bother the gp if I don't need to. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

Hopeful bump?

Yes!
I get this. Mine is an anxiety thing. Not sure if it could be a symptom of something else though!

Magnesium spray on to your arms and legs. Works a treat for the "jumps", helps sleep too, win win. H+B stock the spray.

I doubt it's anything to worry about.

I have all sorts of weird things like that and a lot of muscle twitches. My GP and a neurologist showed no interest in it at all! I think it's probably what is sometimes diagnosed as benign fasciculation syndrome, which is basically when your nervous system is over-excited. Seems to go alongside stress and anxiety.
