Discoloured patch of skin

I am planning to go to the gp about this but can't go until Tuesday (if I can get an appointment) so just want to hopefully set my anxiety to rest as to what this could be. I know nobody can tell me for sure over the internet.

Following my pregnancy 2 years ago I developed a small area of tan coloured skin on my torso about the size of a pencil eraser. I saw the gp at the time who said it was probably just hormonal. It's never gone away and now I've got a bigger one on the underside of my breast too. I only noticed it a couple of days ago, I do look fairly regularly so I'm fairly sure it wasn't there a couple of weeks ago. It's about the size of a 5p piece, it's tan or peach coloured and the skin there seems a little bit dry. There's no hardness or swelling or lumpiness anywhere and everything else looks normal. It's quite tender if I press down on it but that might be because I've poked it so much over the last couple of days. What could it be?

Quite possibly a sebhorreic keratosis, which is harmless, but I'm sure your GP will be able put your mind at rest.
