DS 13 got a twin block retainer over the summer. He hasn't got issues with wearing it. He brushes his teeth and wears it like he's supposed to. He has agreed he needs to fix his overbite (10mm). But.... He's now broken it for the third time in about two months. One time I think he did on purpose when he had a meltdown (ASD) the other times maybe because he constantly flips it around in his mouth (yes I have told him not to do this 500 times).
Anybody else been in this situation where the twin block keeps getting broken?
