Twisting pain in stomach

Just looking for advice please or if anyone has experienced similar.
A few months ago I was experiencing very sharp 'twisting' pains in stomach, just above the belly button. Accompanied by constant nausea, and frequent loo tips but not Diarrhea. I ended up in a&e as the stomach pain was unbearable, they diagnosed gastroenteritis. This morning the same pain has returned, with the nausea with frequent loo trips. The pain isn't constant, it comes on in waves and to be honest it knocks me for six every time. It feels like somebody is twisting my insides. The way it comes on in waves and hits a peak is like a bloody contraction!! Has anyone had similar? If it is gastroenteritis again, how come I have got it back so soon?!

Also sorry to drip feed but not sure if this could be relevant. I have no energy what so ever and have been constantly needing to urinate for a week now, it comes on suddenly like I am going to wet myself but then only ends up being a small amount. Doesn't burn or anything though.
