Anyone have low BP during pregnancy?

Hi all, so I've got a BP machine at home because after my last pregnancy i had high BP so was told to monitor it at home. Eventually it went back to normal, and i usually do have BP on the lower end of normal.
The last 2 days I've had this annoying headache, it goes away if i take paracetamol but returns when it wears off. It's not terrible, just always there!
I've done my BP reading several times this morning and its been-
88/61
89/54
92/57
90/58
85/57

Now of course I'll ask my doc about this, but my main reason for posting is to ask about others experience with this and if all was ok with the baby? I'm 18 weeks tomorrow.
Feel fine in myself otherwise, apart from the headache!
I've also had anaemia and low iron which I'm on supplments for and it has gone back to normal!

Thanks in advance ladies!

That is on the low side but are you drinking enough? Headaches and low BP are both signs of dehydration.

Mine was like that in every pregnancy. It's low normally anyway, but pregnancy lowered it further. All 3 children are fine, but I did sprain an ankle during one light headed moment :) just be careful standing up

I had really low blood pressure for my entire pregnancy, I think due to dehydration from having HG. It was the first time in my life I've wanted to eat crisps, presumably for the salt. Everything was fine for me, I just got a bit lightheaded sometimes when I stood up suddenly. My baby is now a happy, healthy, shouty two year old. If you're concerned speak to your doctor

I had very low blood pressure during a twinpregnancy. I had to be signed off work from 11 weeks because I kept fainting.
I just had to drink loads, eat small snacks and rest a lot. I also had to wear compression stockings.
Unfortunately I went from low BP to high BP and eventually preeclampsia. But everything ended well with healthy 5 week early babies. My BP returned to normal afterwards.

I found I had to drink a lot, occasional frequent snacks (often crisps) and always found compression socks (flight socks) really helpful.

You get something like 50% extra blood iirc so takes a bit of getting used to.

I have drank loads of water today and ate some salt and vinegar crackers and its STILL here! I'll keep trying...

Thanks for everyone's responses! I suppose it's better than high blood pressure! Even after drinking and eating it's still at the lower end. I have a doc appt this week now so we shall see what they say.
Is it weird that paracetamol helps though? When i had high BP postpartum the hospital gave me codeine, morphine etc and it didn't help at all until they started me on the BP meds!

I had the same thing. Was nothing to worry about, just got a bit light headed at times. I found it helped if i ate a snack when i felt particularly dissy or faint.
