Why do I keep going cold down one side? Driving me insane!

I know I'm not having a stroke as this happens on and off, goes in phases where it happens a lot and then goes a long time without happening. I get cold down the right side of my head, face, outside of right arm and outside of right leg. All down my right hand side basically. It's impossible to get it warm again, no matter how many blankets/hats/layers I have on, and I just have to wait for it to pass. Sometimes it last for days at a time. I can't link it to anything else apart from maybe congestion but that doesn't make a lot of sense... Ha anyone else experienced anything like this or am I just weird?! Thanks in advance.

What I do experience occasionally is that my right arm and leg goes sort of numb. If I'm feeling low I start to think about MS otherwise I put it down to poor peripheral circulation.Anyone else?

I have this with my fibromyalgia, shivery sensations and cold creeping flesh down scalp, shoulder blade and left side

How's your heart health?

Bizarre ...., I've got this going on in my right leg at the moment.
Only affects my leg .... doesn't last long ..... feels like cold water is flowing down the internals of my leg, like in my veins or bones 🙄

I do have a few health issues going on at the moment with other things like tremors and tingling sensations and a dodgy neck /shoulder but they are all relatively recent and this cold feeling has been happening on and off for a long time. Its bizarre. As far as I know my heart is ok, although I am quite unfit despite being slim and eating healthily. I just don't exercise enough. It doesn't feel like circulation though, it feels neurological. I can't pin point why exactly but I think it's because it just appears and then doesn't go away for days. It's not a creeping sensation, I'm just suddenly freezing! A couple of gp's have suggested I may have fibromyalgia but I'm unconvinced tbh.
