Trapped wind (ibs)

Ive had trapped wind for for the past week straight it's the most painfull thing around stomach and back cramps last to hours at s time and then constant bloating..... I take a peppermint oil tablet every day that helps anyone else got any ideas

Would you be open to trying yoga? My friend does it to help with ibs. If you look on YouTube there are some specific sequences for the digestive system to help get things moving.

They are only short bursts 10 minutes or so you could maybe do in the morning of evening?

Also other things like a warm bath, lay on your back and prop your legs up on the sides (so you're laid legs akimbo - attractive I know but it works).

Peppermint tea as well as the capsules

Get on all fours and rock slowly backwards and forwards

Never tried it myself, but I once read if you get on all fours with your arms on floor and bottom raised it can help release wind - got to be worth a try.
