I's quite common to feel cold when you have a fever. If her temp won't come down any more consider giving her a tepid bath, that usually works 9not too cold though). And although she's complaining of feeling cold resisit letting her wrap up in blankets. Once her temp comes down she will start to feel less cold.

Alternate Calpol and Nurofen for max effect at 2-hourly intervals, eg. 10am Calpol, 12.00 Nurofen, 2pm Calpol etc. Sponge down with lukewarm water. Open the window or put a fan on in the room (not directly on her). Plenty to drink -- not freezing cold, though, room temp is better.
