My lovley DH is going back into hospital

his condition has got worse over the weekend the GP has arranged admission and hopes that he may get the brain scan that he should have had in april
i am in a panic trying to sort out childcare for DS whos lovely teacher is gonna take him home for tea, DD@s are on school trip til thursday at disneyland paris, i will need wine and sympathy later

DISPITE OUR gp PHONING THE HOSPITAL TO GET dh ADMITTED THE HOSPITAL WOULDN'T KEEP HIM IN, THEY SAID THERE WAS no point as they couldn't do a scan as there are no slots left
he did get to see a neuro who apologised for the scan delay and gave us his bleep number and also a number to phone up to pester for a scan
went to pick DS up from teachers, as we were leaving DS said,i know why don't i sleep over next time ! so i thinkk he enjoyed himself.

yes it is frustrating, just feel so bloody powerless in all of this.

OJ I know exactly how you feel at the moment. I am having similar battles with the NHS over treatment.

But more important than that, how is your dh doing now? and the dc?

got a letter today with scan date 26th july thats almost 5 weeks away,then results 4/6 weeks after.
Steve has been really poorly this week . he has been sleeping all day and he doesn't do sleeping in the day usually
