Worried cancer is back

I had a double mastectomy in July. Thankfully was pure DCIS, 5 lymph nodes removed and all negative so no further treatment.
A week or so ago I noticed two lymph nodes under my chin that I can feel, I don't know if they've always been like that and I haven't noticed or if they've swollen. But they're not my glands at the side they're two tiny balls directly under my chin.
I feel sick with fear 😞😞

First of all they are likely to be just doing their job of fighting some slight infection. DCIS means ductal carcinoma in situ which means it hasn’t spread anywhere including the lymphatic system. You will always be scared of lumps and swellings now and a word with your BCN or even your GP should reassure you.
I had triple negative bc surrounded by dcis. I am fine 12 years down the line.

Thank you for replying. I keep telling myself this but then I just get overwhelmed with fear Sad And I started googling and came across sites saying that even though dcis is non invasive cancer cells could have been spread during surgery and entered the lymphatic system that way...I don't know if this is true or fear mongering.
I do have to dig in a little bit to feel these nodes but I'm very aware of them now.

And also I am so pleased to hear you're doing so well.

You have lymph nodes under your chin it could be they have swollen up. Have you had a cold or anything recently? Even a cut could set them off.
