Having such a tough time trying to stop eating sugar. I'm reasonably fine with avoiding fried food, alcohol, "junk food" etc. BUT finding it near impossible to quit sugar. It's fine in the mornings but often crave sugary stuff around an hour after lunch and an hour or 2 after dinner. I've tried chewing gum, glutamine, chromium etc. but nothing is helping and not particularly helpful swapping it with fruits (which is still sugar, even if with fibre)
Anyone got success stories of quitting sugar? Not aiming to go down to 0 grams glucose but enough that I don't crave a desert after lunch and dinner. I'm especially a fan of creamy, dairy rich chocolatey sweet treats.
