Hpv vaccine question.

I've been trying to research but can't find a proper answer or one I understand.

I've slept with 3 people. All virgins. My first boyfriend and we both lost our virginity to each other. My second boyfriend who lost his virginity to me and my current DP who again, lost his virginity to me.

If DP and I stay together forever and neither of us cheat, does that mean I'm protected?

Would you recommend getting the jab anyway? I'm 28.

As far as I know once you've started being sexually active there is no point getting the vaccination.
