Just noticed this two weeks ago - slightly raised, oval, like a mole but a little crusty like a scab. Very small, about the size of a little fingernail. No change in the two weeks. It’s not an area where my bra or clothing rubs but it is on my upper back which is exposed to the sun when I swim outdoors (year round). Worth a GP visit?
