DS was sent home from school on Thursday feeling sick. He was indeed sick later that day then had a couple of bouts of diarrhoea on Friday. Since then he’s been clear of sickness and diarrhoea but a bit off his food.
He was back at school today and seemed fine, ate his tea (usual appetite resumed) then after tea I noticed his burps stank of rotten egg. Really grim. Then at bedtime he said his tummy hurt again and was then spectacularly sick again!
I’ve never come across the stinky burps before. Anyone else experienced this?
