Am sick of them.

I don't have any tonsil issues, never had tonsillitis in my life but these buggers are the bane of my mouth

Has anyone found a routine or product that helps stop them?

They won't remove them as I have no medical issue with them bar this.

I know, a nightmare, I get them on and of too.

I use saline nose spray/wash from time to time, when I remember, I noticed that helps to dislodge them a bit but not so much as prevent them.

I was suffering terribly I had constantly push them out with a cotton bud.

I bought a water flosser and now I just gently aim the water into the holes in my tonsils. I have had none since. I got it for £20 in Amazon.

Are you unwell when you get them? Are they different to spotty tonsils?

Eating abrasive foods like raw carrot, celery, apples, etc. can help to keep them away. I always found that porridge and bread (claggy foods) caused them, or encouraged them. You could also gargle with an antiseptic mouthwash or salted water regularly.
