Hi. Have any of you had experience either you or your child having orthodontic treatment with the twin block appliance?
My dd12 had these made up in July this year to correct 10mm overbite. Already broken the bottom piece twice. I have to pay for a new one to be made each time.
Any idea what makes them break? Orthodontist says it's teeth grinding so, as it happens at night, I'm wondering how I'm supposed to stop this happening repeatedly. Or are you aware of any alternative?
