Post Op recovery

I am going in for a hernia/Diastasis Recti repair (with tummy tuck) at the end of November and I’m looking for recovery tips and other people’s experiences of how the surgery went! I’m very nervous and need to know as much as possible

Not the same op but I had 5hr spinal surgery and was shocked at how tired I was
I get wired after a GA so was wide awake for 2 days and then spent 3 weeks mostly napping, watching Buffy from the start and napping!
