I need no magnesium or Vit D added as I take them already

Needs to be a tablet not a capsule & ideally dairy free.....but I'll be flexible on the dairy free front

& yes I do need a supplement the GP told me so today

Sorry to be fussy

Holland and Barrett do plain calcium tablets. They're basically large discs of chalk!

(And they're dairy free.)

I get them on prescription. Is that not a possibility ?

KatyMac · 30/10/2018 20:59

Well I pay for prescriptions so I'm not sure

But they said to buy them over the counter (apparently I'm being awkward I should just take the HRT)

They're the Chewable Calcium Tablets at £6.89 for 100.
