DVT advice please

Morning.
2 months ago I had a confirmed DVT, I'm still on 20mg of Xarelto everyday for another month.

However, I've been experiencing the same cramping pain in my leg for 2/3 days now. It feels exactly the same as the last time. I've also been getting a few pains in my shoulders and centre of my shoulder blades.
Is it even possible to get another blood clot whilst still taking anticoagulants?

I don't know about the likelihood of having another clot while taking rivaroxaban (the monitoring requirements focus on patients who bleed excessively and/or become anaemic), but I think you should go back to the GP with those symptoms.

I'd get seen ASAP.
