Thinning hair

I'm 37 and my hair is starting to thing. I don't know that anyone else really notices but I can definitely feel it. Although I only go to the hairdresser once in a blue moon, last time I was in she commented on it too.

I guess it's all part of getting older but does anyone have any ideas on how to thicken it up?

Thanks!

Watching with interest as I’ve the same. How’s your iron?

Me too, just done one of those home test kit thyroid blood tests as I’m always freezing too (and fat 🙈)

Eloise... I haven't had my iron levels checked?

Huffle... I've put on a bit of weight the last year or two and would be classed as overweight but I'm the opposite - I'm always too warm.

Low iron causes hair loss but my son has the opposite (far too much iron) and I think that causes hair loss too. And he’s always very hot! Worth a blood check?
