Help! Where to go for dental implants?

I'm going to need at least 1 or 2 dental implants. I've done some research and while I can see there's lots of clinics that offer them, it's very difficult to know how to choose. Since it's going to mean spending ALOT of money (i.e. £3-£5K minimum) I'd love some recommendations from anyone who has had them! I live in the South West (Devon/Dorset), but I am willing to travel. I've seen a few mums here recommending the Brighton Implant Clinic on other threads - anybody else have any experience there? it's definitely less expensive than the places near here....

If there's any chance of you needing sedation then I would avoid the Westcountry Dental & Implant Centre in Barnstaple - not sure what their dentistry is like, but I had some serious concerns about their procedures for providing sedation when my Dad explored treatment there.

I had mine done at a place in Salisbury... they were awesome and actually not too pricey (I spent a long time reading their reviews first, and they were excellent)

Thank you both - [Gumbo] could you let me know which practice in Salisbury? I'd be very interested. [Walkingthoughawall] I don't think i'll need sedation, had enough done already so I feel hardened to it!

It was the South Wilts Implant Centre. Their Head Office is in Chandlers Ford where they also do implants.

DH had some done in Brightonat the place yout mentioned... they were also pretty good, but I didn't want to travel that far so I chose the one in Salisbury instead.
