what are these blimming things I keep getting on my face...

For the last few months I have intermittently been getting these odd hivey things. They start off tingling and then they go white and hard liek a hive

Then they go away quite quickly, a small blister sometimes forms and it then looks a bit like a spot but isn't, doesn't hurt or ooze or feel like a spot at all.

I am getting v fed up with it
