Hi the past few weeks I haven't felt like I've been sleeping very good. I wake up in the morning and can barely open my eyes. Then for the rest of the day I feel so tired. I've had 2 naps today and I feel like I could just go to bed now. Any ideas what it could be? I haven't been drinking alot of water so I'll try that incase it's dehydration but if it's not that any ideas? I feel like I can barely even lift my fingers to type this out.
