Do you worry about using/keeping your mobile phone near your baby?

Sorry if this has been talked about before. I am always really conscious of talking on my mobile when holding my baby, but
I don't really know how bad or if it is bad at all for babies to be near mobiles (other than the kind that dangle over their cots). Anyone?

I don't worry when it's switched off, except that he does tend to chew it, as he does with the TV remote (what is it with boxes with buttons?). I do worry that it might be poisonous or something. Otherwise I guess I try to use it well away from him, but I don't actually use it that often in any case.

I don't have one because I worry about myself.
