Daily headaches

I’m having headaches every day. Tend to be fine in the morning then get a fairly strong headache around lunchtime. It goes with paracetamol but comes back late afternoon or evening and I have to take painkillers again.
I’ve had my eyes tested and also been making a big effort to make sure I’m well hydrated.
Any ideas?
Could it be hormonal? I’ve got a 10montb old I’m bf but he’s starting to drop feeds more now.

Could be hormonal as you say or might be from tense muscles in your back/neck especially if you have been breastfeeding as its easy to sit in awkward positions.

I get frequent headaches if I'm stressed which usually represents itself in really tense neck and shoulder muscles and then it turns into a never ending cycle.
I saw a chiropractor when my DD was 2 and I really wish I had gone earlier.

If you are taking paracetamol every day, you could be having medication overuse headaches. It is a kind of rebound effect where the headache comes back so you keep taking more painkillers.

If you think it could be that, the best solution it to stop taking over the counter medication for a few weeks. It won't be easy to start, but the headaches do ease off after a few days. Keeping very well hydrated and staying off caffeine as much as possible could help as well.

Could be the bf actually, he wakes a lot in the night and I spend a lot of the night at up cuddling him back to sleep or asleep in awkward positions around him.
I agree I’m not very happy about taking painkillers daily...but when looking after two little ones I can’t bare to ignore the headache it’s just too difficult!
