To cut a long story short I have awful bruxism, I wake up with clenched teeth every morning.
As an aside I'm having investigative treatment on two of my top teeth as I have nerve pain (teeth fine themselves).
Today I'm having impressions taken for a night guard but I'm scared of them doing it on the top teeth and aggravating the nerve pain. Can a night guard just be worn on the bottom?
