Only if I have emotional upset

I must admit I've been having really vivid dreams lately - shouting at my mum that she'd never see the baby (I'm currently pg at 16 wks) - last night I was horrified that I was still in a relationship with my ex. They are almost nightmares but not as bad as your sound. I'm blaming the hot weather and hormones.

I think its normal in pregnancy, but im not pregnant,

could it be stress related?

I have them all the time and always have! Not sure why... Can only remember a handful of nice dreams in my whole life. For some reason the only dreams I remember in the morning are the nasty ones

rebelmum1 · 14/06/2007 16:48

without question its stress related, you have to remember how you feel in the dream it's usually something you've not processed or dealt with. tracing your last 24 hrs can help to find the trigger.

in chinese medicine dreams are related to your health too, and can be associated with an organ that's not working efficiently.

I have very vivid dreams and very strange horrible nightmares. the ones that drive me crazy the most are the ones where you dream you wake up but are still dreaming then when you do wake up you don't know where you are.

I hate it when you've had them all night long you just feel so tired when you wake up.

They got a little better when I stopped having cheese too late at night (like with wine) but I still get the odd freaky one.
