Would you get this mole checked?

As the title says. It's small (3mm) but much darker than any other freckles / moles. Irregular edges. Completely flat. Is this fine or does it need checking?

I would always err on the side of caution. What's the harm in getting it checked out.

If it's always been like that then no. If it's changed recently then yes.

If you're unsure go get it checked out first. I'd also keep a photo from now and monitor any changes in shape or size for at least 6 months.

It looks like pigmentation not a mole. A mole would be raised. But yes, get it checked if it's changed recently, bleeds or has a darker centre, or itches.
