Have had four heavy nose bleeds out of the blue over the last two weeks. I haven’t had a cold and not sure whether to visit GP as I’m not feeling great- nothing specific, just a bit tired and light headed. It’s also knocked my confidence as I have a full on job which involves lots of driving and giving presentations etc and don’t know whether there’s anything GP can do. Any thoughts gratefully received!
