Hi. 1 month after giving birth i began having pain in the soft tissue along the front edge of my ribs/ abdomen area on my left side which occasionally i feel in my left back too. Doc has put it down to a detached rib. It hurts maintaining an upright position, so moving sitting and standing is very painful and feels like the area is caving in. I'm awaiting an mri scan as 4 months on its getting worse not better. Has anyone else had this pain before and what were your experiences/ diagnosis of this? Many thanks. Katy x
