How often do you get breast checked if you've got lumpy boobs

I’m late 40’s and definitely perimenopausal - and my breasts are very very lumpy

I’ve been to the breast clinic a few times over the last few years because of lumps (all cysts.) Last time was August 17.

The problem is that I could literally go to the gp with a new lump(s) every month which would obviously be ridiculous.
I want to remain vigilant but not waste anyone’s time. I’m aware there is also the issue of having too many mammograms.
Is anyone similar and found the right balance 😄? Thanks

Watching with interest. My boobs are basically two sacks full of lumps and I've thought a few times that I'd never know if something sinister was there.
