I've been signed off for the past few months due to mental health difficulties. My GP issues a new fit note every fortnight/month, depending on how I'm doing.
My question is about the date section on the note. My last one stated:
"This will be the case for 2 months, for from X date to Y date"
Does this mean I'm covered for a full 2 months by this fit note, or does it expire after the date actually printed on the form?
