I've had the test at the docs to check for any underlying problems and was given a clear bill. but both of my ankles are permanently swollen and swell more and aches if I'm walking a long distance.
I do put my feet up and it doesn't completely go down as still swollen.
(also I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome in both of my hand as got fluid around my wrists and also my toes tingle a tiny bit so I wonder if that's why my ankles are like that cos of it??)
