same place, sam feeling, and IT IS DOING MY HEAD IN.

this is the second night running i've had it.

what is it, and how can i get rid of it.

it is like that kind of muscle twitch thing that you can get by your eye sometimes, but is in my lower front abdomen.

needless to say, I AM NOT PREGNANT.

I really need this not to happen any more.

anyone have experience.

Yes me!!! There has been threads on this before. How long since your last baby?

needtoearnsomemoney · 12/06/2007 22:50

I still get this very occasionally and its over 23 years since I was pregnant. Sorry, but all I can suggest is to just ignore it & learn to live with it.

Yes, I get this too! Good to hear others have the same feeling.
Wonder what causes it?

Heathcliffscathy · 12/06/2007 22:53

ds is 3 1/2.

I have had phases of feeling really really broody and I have just got to a place which feels calmer about the fact that dh really doesn't want to.

so this is killing me.

i get that too, you can actually see it if i'm in the bath. it makes me sad, tbh. dd is 18mths old now, i'd love another.

I get this and I love it.

CountessDracula · 12/06/2007 22:57

soph i got a sympathetic one about 10 mins ago

LynetteScavo · 12/06/2007 22:59

I got this after DS1 was born, for a couple of months, I think. Not after the other babies though.

tegan · 12/06/2007 23:09

I have this too. It is really weird and even dh has felt it in the past and commented that perhaps I was hiding something from him.

hippipotami · 12/06/2007 23:10

I get this too, and it is over 4 years since my last baby. I love it, it makes me remember how I loved being pregnant, and I allow myself to daydream a little about being pregnant again...

Afaik there is nothing you can do - learn to live with it, or even better - learn to enjoy it!

Aitch · 12/06/2007 23:11

so what is it, then? a muscle spasm in the womb? the stomach muscles? (unlikely as i don't have any...)

Tiggiwinkle · 12/06/2007 23:18

I get it too . Never occured to me that other people would get the same thing!

mangojuice · 13/06/2007 09:44

So relieved to see that other people get this too- I thought I was going round the twist! Is 8 months since my ds was born and you can actually see my stomach moving sometimes, very offputting and have spent a fortune on pg tests (thankfully ng!)

ash6605 · 14/06/2007 19:36

is it not just wind??

Chirpygirl · 14/06/2007 19:41

A couple of my friends and I have this and one of them was told by a doctor that it was the uterus contracting still, which is why it is in exactly the same place as a baby kick would be...not sure how that gles with those of you feeling it years later though, ours are all under 2!
