For most of today I've had a dull aching pain in my right flank. It travels down my right side and occasionally into my right hip and lower abdomen. It pretty much goes with paracetomol and is worse when I'm up walking around or lying on my left side. It's less bad in certain sitting positions and worse in others. Does anyone have experience of this? I had cystitis last week which is why I'm questioning whether it's my kidney.
