Hi any advice would be great. I have a 10 month old and suffered with occasional back ache here and there but not nothing I can't deal with. Over the past 2 weeks it seems to have gotten worse! It's all across the top of my back but shifts around. One day it hurts more on the top right sometimes it's more on the left side. I have also had the tops of my arms aching over the past few days could this all be to do with carrying little one a round. He is a 23lb boy!

Are you breastfeeding or cosleeping?
I do both and I'm struggling with back and shoulder pain! And pains in my arms and neck!!!
It's horrible and the only thing that helps is a boiling shower!
I am seeing a private Physio for another issue but she is working on my back and shoulders aswell!
Have you tried Pilates?

I'm not breast feeding but I am co sleeping. I did think about getting a massage to see if that helped and also been doing some yoga stretches to see if that helps.
