Can toddlers get hayfever? if so can it be treat? Help

Hi dd is 18months old and we noticed this weekend, that she had very itchy red eyes and runny nose, indicative of hayfever. we live in the country surrounded by fields, so would make sense. neither dp nor I get it, but my mum does, so it could run in the family.

Anyone elses dc had this, and if so what medication do you give them.
