Mole on back

Photo attached. I have a few moles none particularly large.

I was running my hand up my back yesterday and noticed that one felt a bit raised.

It’s quite difficult to take a photo of your own back but my nail is in to show size.

Would you get it checked out or does it seem normal?

The thing to keep an eye out for is changes...irregular borders, non-uniform colour, large size, itching, bleeding, asymmetrical shape.

That one looks alright to me...symmetrical, even colour, defined border. What's worrying you about it, that it's raised? That's normal too, most of mine are.

If it worries you, try to get a better photo and you'll be able to check it against the photo to confirm it's not changing.

Thank you think it’s just that my hand ran over it and I’ve never noticed it being raised before
