Is there anybody else around with this diagnosis? I was diagnosed in August and am still getting used to it.

GTN is pretty much controlling the episodes, but I have had to have the paramedics out twice in the last few months. The trace shows an ST segment elevation during an episode.

Anyone?

Hi natoth
Not had this diagnosis yet but am undergoing cardiac investigations which may undercover angina. I’ve been put on ramipril for high blood pressure for the moment but waiting to have echo and treadmill test Shock Repeatedly told that my chest pain wasn’t cardiac in origin but have t wave depression in one lead of my ecg which apparently is a variant of normal Confused.
It’s frightening isn’t it ? Am only now feeling less anxious about the whole situation.

Very worrying and I had a seven year fight for diagnosis.

I was wondering how often other sufferers have episodes. I can go six or seven weeks with nothing and then have three episodes in a week. Still trying to identify my triggers.
