Copper coil

Hi, I had a copper coil fitted just after I had my baby and my periods are hurrednous and the pain also.. has anyone ever removed they’re own coil at home?? I know my mum did but I’m u sure..

Please do not do this. Go your local sexual health services or practice nurse. Having it removed is very simple but should be done properly to avoid damage and also unwanted pregnancy!
