I've been reading some of the threads on here and thought it might be s good place to post as there is such a wide range of people.
About 2 months ago I found a weird rash in the underside of my breasts and stomach that looked like pin pricks. I went to the doctor who identified it as petechiae. I was sent for blood and urine tests. Blood was fine and urine showed blood.
Off for a retest of urine which came back with blood and bacteria bug they were unable to grow a culture.
The following 2 urine tests were blood free (woohoo!) but the final one showed bacteria. Again they were unable to grow a culture.
The rash had started to fade until this morning. It is back with a vengeance and spread to my upper thighs and back.
I have been ill with a chesty cold the past few days (I have asthma and they usually result in needing at least prednisone but not at that stage yet). The only other thing that may be noteworthy is that I have focal modular hyperplasia (a benign growth on my liver).
Does anyone have have any thoughts?
