Infected bite treatment

I think there sandfly bites. Looked normal yesterday but today there all much redder, l some are oozing and the largest has formed a small blister (although none of the bites are particularly big so not as concerning)
Assume this means there’s some sort of mild infection but can I get away with just putting some antiseptic cream on. Or is this something I should speak to a pharmacist about on Monday?

I would treat with antiseptic cream and clean 2-3 times/day with TCP or a saltwater wash, then see how it looks on Monday. If no better, ring GP and ask for advice.

Draw rings round them with biro (so it doesnt wash off) and slather in antibiotic ointment. Take max does of antihistamines and if no better go to pharmacist on Monday. If they expand thru the rings and its red and inflamed call for medical advice, also if you feel feverish etc
