Bf and sinus pain advice

Been ill for about 10 days now the last 4/5 days my sinuses have really flared up. However, im bf and really don't know what I can take for it. If anyone has any advice?
Also do you think there is any point going to the doctors?

Quite likely at this stage you could need an antibiotic but you could start with the Neildmed saline sinus rinse and paracetamol and see if that helps.

You could try doing a steam inhalation with vicks, I find that helps.

I had a really bad case when I was bfing and used a mix of eucalyptus and peppermint in hot water, it did help more than the nasal sprays which tended to dribble straight out as I was so inflamed.
I would also see the doctor, 10 days sounds like it could be a more stubborn infection
