BLACK MOULD DETOX MUSCLE PAINS

I'm just after some advice here to see if there's anyone else who can relate to my problem. I moved in a private rent house about 4 years ago, in the summer time. Few months later winter came and I realised there was black mould spots in the attic room (only used for storage) and in the bathroom, then the 2 bedrooms. It smelt musky and disgusting. Anyways as I was in private rent I didn't really have any other options at the time so I would complain to my letting agents who said they will pass it onto the landlord but nothing ever got sorted. Long story short moved out of the house into a council property about 4 weeks ago took years to get a move and wish I had done it sooner. Now I'm out the house I'm realising the impact the mould has had on my health. Chronic gravely muscle aches and pains. Pins and needles. I feel like I'm 80 but I'm only 26. Mental mood has really lifted. Read online this is known as the mould detox herx reaction. Has anyone else moved because of mould or had these symptoms? Apparently it's because the mould is dying off and my body is reacting, I hope so. I'm taking activated charcoal supplements and garlic tablets to help my body flush out the toxins I take long hot showers twice a day. Is there anyone who can advise or been through this mould detox. These symptoms have been horrendous to say the least thank God I'm out of there I'm sure it could of killed me. Been doctors but they told me the biggest part of recovery is being out of the mould exposure and to just ride the wave so to speak

I've not heard about this but it's fascinating and bloody scary how mould can affect you so much. Great to hear you're out of there now and recovering. I had a spell of respiratory problems, couple of tips I have is to practice breathing properly. Sounds silly but really get your lungs moving, expanding etc. Opening up your lungs will help get rid of anything. Drink water. This should be plastered everywhere, but you need to flush mould out of your body and also spread the good that you're putting in! X
