I am 4 months post op from having emergancy surgery to drain a perianal abscess. I had a 24hr packing then nothing. It has healed very very slowly and I have a very active job. Every time I am at work it starts to ache in the area. Dr says its healing nicely but no indication of how long this will last. Its hinding my job cos by the end of the shift I am needing to sit down. Anyone have any experience and know when I will finally be back to normal?
