Embarrassing - incontinence

So I'm 40!

Today while I was standing chatting to colleagues I wet myself! (Blush). No warning. Just suddenly felt wet underwear. Then tried to clench and hold, but still more came out. Not gushing (sorry for tmi), but a small flow.

This has happened a few times before.

Takes me completely unaware

What is going on? Blush

A visit to the GP is a good idea. It could be a UTI.
