Breastfeeding supplements - vegetarian

After much googling, vegetarian breastfeeding supplements appear to not be a thing?! They all seem to have fish oils in.

Am I missing something? Can anyone recommend a product?

I'm thinking that it's looking like my best bet is to get the Seven Seas pregnancy plus packs with separate omega 3 capsules, take the multivitamin, bin the omega 3 capsules and replace with vegetarian omega 3 from Boots?

Surely there must be an easier way? I can't be the only vegetarian in the world planning on breast feeding?!

I'm a veggie, I breastfed for 18 months. Didn't take any supplements other than a good multivitamin and a well balanced diet.

You don’t need supplements. Just eat a good diet.
